No one knows. Right?
That’s how it keeps going — in the background, out of sight.
If your online behaviour is starting to feel difficult to manage, if your hooked in to looking for the next dopamine hit - you don’t have to carry it on your own.
I’m a UKCP-accredited psychotherapist, I have alot of experience working online with men in your situation.
If you’re finding that…
You’re spending more time on it than you want to.
It’s taking up more of your life, more headspace.
You tell yourself you’ll stop, cut back, or get it under control — but it keeps happening.
No one else know’s what’s going on. On the outside, things are fine. But inside, it’s starting to feel heavier, harder to manage, more out of character.
You don’t wont it to get worse, but dont know how to talk about it.
How I work
I’m Mark and I’m a UKCP-accredited psychotherapist working online with men across the UK.
I have a lot of experience working with men struggling with porn and risky online behaviour.
I offer a space to talk openly, make sense of what’s going on, and start understanding whats going on — without judgement, pressure, or jargon.
Some men start working with be because their feeling ashamed, stuck, or unsure where to start. Others just know something isn’t right.
You don’t need know where to start or have the right words. I offer a place where we can work it out together.
