No one knows. Right?
You tell yourself it’s under control — but it keeps coming back.
If your online behaviour is starting to feel difficult to manage, if you’re hooked into looking for the next hit — you don’t have to deal with it on your own.
I’m a UKCP-accredited psychotherapist, with a lot of experience working online with men in your situation.
You don’t need to have it all figured out. If it feels like it’s time to talk, I can help.
It’s confidential. No pressure.
You don’t need to explain everything straight away. You can just say hello, and we’ll take it from there
A lot of men find themselves here at some point….
You're spending more time on it than you want to.
You're chasing the next dopamine hit.
It's taking up more of your life, more headspace.
You tell yourself you’ll stop, cut back, or get it under control — but it keeps happening.
No one else knows what's going on, but inside, it's starting to feel heavier, harder to manage.
You don’t want it to get worse, but you don’t know how to talk about it.
About Me
I’m Mark, a UKCP-accredited psychotherapist working online with men across the UK.
I support men struggling with porn use and risky online behaviour. I offer a space to talk openly and help you make sense of what’s going on — without judgement, pressure, or jargon.
Some men come to me feeling ashamed, stuck, or unsure where to start. Others just know something isn’t right.
“You don’t need know where to start or have the right words - we can work it out together.“
What happens next
If you’ve been carrying this on your own, it might be time to talk about it.
You can use the button below to book a free Zoom chat.
It’s an informal conversation — a chance for me to introduce myself, for you to ask any questions you have, and to see whether working together feels right for you.
Remember - you dont have to carry this on your own
