No one knows. Right?
You tell yourself it’s under control — but it keeps coming back.
If pornography, or risky sexual online sexual behaviour is starting to take up more of your time, your headspace or your life, you don't have to deal with it on your own.
I’m Mark and I’m a UKCP-accredited psychotherapist, with a lot of experience working online with men in your situation.
You don’t need to have it all figured out. If it feels like it’s time to talk, I can help.
It’s confidential. No pressure.
You don’t need to explain everything straight away. You can just say hello, and we’ll take it from there
A lot of men find themselves here at some point….
You're spending more time on it than you want to.
You're chasing the next dopamine hit.
It's taking up more of your life, more headspace.
You tell yourself you’ll stop, cut back, or get it under control — but it keeps happening.
No one else knows what's going on, but inside, it's starting to feel heavier, harder to manage.
You don’t want it to get worse, but you don’t know how to talk about it.
What we can work on
Therapy isn't about judging you or simply telling you to stop.
We can look at what's driving the behaviour, understand the patterns and triggers around it, and help you develop more choice and control.
For some of men I support, this involves pornography or compulsive sexual behaviour. For others there may be escalating or risky online behaviour that they're frightened could get worse.
You don't need to arrive knowing why it's happening. That's something we can work out together.
“You don’t need know where to start or have the right words - we can work it out together.“
What happens next
If you’ve been carrying this on your own, it might be time to talk about it.
You can use the button below to book a free Zoom chat.
It’s an informal conversation — a chance for me to introduce myself, for you to ask any questions you have, and to see whether working together feels right for you.
Remember - you dont have to carry this on your own
